Tracya vs Userflow
Userflow is a mature, well-rated onboarding platform. It is also priced for teams with a budget line for it, and it counts your users. Here is where each tool wins, so you can pick the right one rather than the loudest one.
Userflow figures verified on 23 July 2026 from userflow.com/pricing and Userflow's public documentation. Pricing changes; check both sources before deciding.

Where Userflow is the better choice
If any of these matter to you, Userflow is the more capable product and this page should send you to them.
- You need integrations. Over 30 native connections mean you can trigger flows from CRM data or push onboarding events into your product analytics without writing code.
- You want an AI layer. FlowAI surfaces friction points and can answer end-user questions inside your product. Tracya has nothing equivalent.
- You need more than four components. Checklists, resource centers and surveys are part of Userflow. Tracya deliberately ships four components and does them well.
- You want a proven track record. Userflow holds a 4.8/5 rating on G2 from roughly 300 reviews. Tracya launched recently and has no review history yet.
Where Tracya is the better choice
- Your budget is not $3,000 a year. The gap between 29 € and $240 a month is the whole point. For a solo founder or a small team, that difference is the hosting bill, or the difference between shipping onboarding and postponing it.
- You do not want your bill tied to your growth. Tracya bills per project. Ten users or a hundred thousand, the invoice is identical. With MAU-based pricing, success raises the bill automatically.
- You need data in the EU, fully. Everything Tracya runs on sits in Germany. No end-user data leaves the EEA, no IP addresses are stored for widget events, and the operating company is French, so no third-country jurisdiction applies to your users' data.
- You want to start today for free. A permanent free plan with one project and one active flow, no credit card. Not a countdown.
What Tracya does not do
Being direct is worth more than being flattering. Tracya has no native integrations today, no AI features, no checklists or resource centers, no mobile app support, and no public review history. It is a young product with a narrow scope: four components, a visual builder that runs on your real application through a browser extension, flow analytics, and a fixed price. If your evaluation needs more than that, the comparison ends here and Userflow is your answer.

Choose Userflow
