Tracya is a no-code onboarding tool for SaaS. Install one JS snippet, then create guided tours (tooltips, modals, highlights, banners) from a visual editor - no code changes needed.

Add 2 lines of HTML to your app's <head>. Tracya loads asynchronously (no impact on page speed) and fetches your published flows automatically.

The widget is plain JavaScript with no dependencies. It works with React, Vue, Angular, and any HTML page.

A flow is a guided sequence of steps shown to your users - for example a 3-step onboarding tour that highlights key features on first login.

The free plan includes 1 active flow and 1 project. Upgrade to Indie (€29/mo) for 3 flows, or Growth (€79/mo) for unlimited flows.

Yes. Changes are pushed instantly to your app - no redeployment needed.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. No PayPal currently.

If you downgrade to a plan with fewer flows or projects, flows exceeding the new limit are paused (not deleted) until you upgrade again.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. JWT access tokens expire after 15 minutes. We support 2FA (TOTP).

No. The Tracya widget only sends anonymous events (flow started, step viewed, completed). No personal data, no form inputs, no cookies from your users.

Yes. Tracya is hosted in Germany (Hetzner EU), processes minimal data, and never tracks your end-users personally. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
